Building
without compromise

Commercial and industrial work from a Thamesford office — Southwestern Ontario first, and projects across Canada and the United States when the job is there. The residential work that built this company in 1996 is still here. We walk the site. We price the scope. We send a real estimate.

Service area

Southwestern Ontario first. Canada and the US when the job is there.

Thamesford is the home base. Most of the work is Southwestern Ontario — plants, commercial interiors, and homes we can reach in a day. We also serve projects across the rest of Canada and the United States. Travel is quoted separately. A consulting visit is $350 plus travel, wherever the site is.

How the work goes

A conversation, not a pitch.

MTCPros was founded in 1996 by Arthur Druzcz, a third-generation contractor. The office is still on Dundas Street West in Thamesford. The work is wherever the job is — plants, commercial interiors, and homes in Southwestern Ontario, and farther when travel is part of the scope.

We want more commercial and industrial clients because that is the work we already do well: occupied buildings, shutdown windows, floors that take forklifts, washrooms that get used, electrical under MTC Electric, and dry ice blasting that does not leave a second mess.

If you need a number, ask for one. Pricing is a scope, not a catalogue.

All work

Capabilities

The trades people actually call for.

General contracting

One contract, one schedule, one person who owns the job from first walkthrough to last inspection.

Dry ice blasting

CO₂-pellet cleaning — non-abrasive, no secondary waste — for plants, commercial equipment, and restoration.

Renovations

Home renovations first — kitchens, baths, and whole houses — with the same sequence we use on commercial interiors.

Concrete

Flatwork, repairs, and the slab conversation — driveways, patios, sidewalks, plant floors, and the finishes that follow.

Concrete grinding

Remove failed coatings, thinset, and adhesives — and leave a slab that can take a new floor or stay as a working surface.

Concrete polishing

Polished concrete as the finished floor — plants, warehouses, retail, restaurants, garages, and basements.

Epoxy coatings & floors

Resin floors for garages, commercial rooms, and plants — grind first, then the system the traffic actually needs.

Glass railings

$150

Frameless and captured glass railings for stairs, decks, and commercial interiors — including install-only.

From $150 per linear foot, installed

Custom millwork

Built-ins, reception, board-room tables, vanities, and the joinery that makes a room finished.

Electrical

MTC Electric

Power, lighting, and service work under the MTC Electric brand — coordinated with the rest of the job.

Washrooms

Commercial and industrial washroom packages — and the residential baths that have to last.

Board rooms

Board rooms and meeting rooms built as a room: millwork, walls, glass, lighting, and a table that belongs there.

Consulting

$350

A paid site visit — walk the job, name the real scope, and leave with a next step you can act on.

From $350 per site visit, plus travel

Design

Architectural and project design — from site measure to a set that can be estimated and built.

Site scanning

$1,500

On-site scan and measure that becomes CAD or SketchUp — published commercial rates, paid when you book.

From $1,500 minimum CAD, up to 1,200 sq ft

New construction

New buildings — conventional, ICF, and beyond — with Tarion registration on new homes.

Custom builds

Bespoke construction — one building, one brief, no repeated model.

Decks

Residential decks built as structure and finish — including wood, metal, and glass railings.

Patios

On-grade outdoor rooms — concrete, stone, and the transitions that meet the house.

Driveways

Concrete driveways — new, replace, or repair — specified for Ontario freeze-thaw.

Exterior painting

House and building exteriors — siding, trim, soffits, and the prep Ontario weather demands.

Decorative, stamped & coloured concrete

Patterned, coloured, and textured concrete for entries, patios, and commercial walks — quoted from drawings or a site measure.

Concrete repairs

Cracks, spalls, overlays, and full-depth replacement — diagnosed before we patch, so the next winter is not a replay.

Residential garage epoxy

Garage floor systems for homes — grind, crack treatment, and a flake or solid build that takes cars and salt.

Pricing

Easy to understand. Not invented.

Construction does not have a single honest price list. A plant floor and a powder-room reno are not the same job. We tell you how the number is built, publish a starting point only where it is real — consulting visits at $350 plus travel, glass railings from $150 per linear foot installed — and otherwise ask you to request pricing.

Describe the job online and we write a preliminary estimate — line items, quantities, assumptions — clearly not a contract. The office reviews it in S4BM, the system of record, before anything is a real quote.
