Concrete repairs
Cracks, spalls, overlays, and full-depth replacement — diagnosed before we patch, so the next winter is not a replay.

Overview
Repair is cheaper than replace until it is not. Hairline shrinkage is not the same as a settlement crack through a driveway. Surface spall is not the same as freeze-thaw that has eaten the paste. MTCPros looks at cause first: water, salt, load, poor joints, or a slab that was never thick enough. Then we recommend routing and seal, patch, bonded overlay, or saw-cut and full-depth replacement. We will not sell a skim coat over a failed base.
Who it is for
Homeowners with a heaved or scaled drive. Facility managers whose plant floor is spalling in the traffic lanes. Anyone who has already paid for a patch that came back after one winter.
When we replace instead
Multiple failed joints, pumping at the edges, or a pad that was poured thin for the traffic. Replacement is quoted as a new pour with proper base.
