Concrete grinding

Remove failed coatings, thinset, and adhesives — and leave a slab that can take a new floor or stay as a working surface.

Overview

Grinding is how a floor starts over without tearing out the building. We grind off epoxy and other coatings, tile mortar, and adhesives on plant floors, restaurants, warehouses, garages, basements, driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots. The point is a flat, sound surface: ready for polish, epoxy, or just to be used again. Commercial and industrial work is scheduled around occupied space and shutdown windows; residential grinding is the same trade on a smaller slab.

Who it is for

Plant and warehouse managers whose coating has failed or whose slab has to be prepped for a new system. Restaurant and retail operators who cannot live with a lifting floor. Homeowners with a garage or basement that still has yesterday’s coating or thinset. GCs who need the slab ready before the next trade.
