Concrete polishing

Polished concrete as the finished floor — plants, warehouses, retail, restaurants, garages, and basements.

Polished concrete floor in a quiet commercial lobby with a planter and glass wall

Overview

Almost any structurally sound slab, new or old, can be polished. New floors should cure at least 28 days before we start. Retail and warehouse clients who know they will polish often specify a smoother placement so the steps are fewer. We polish factory floors, restaurants, shops, garages, and basements to a finish that can take traffic and cleaning without a coating that will peel. Grinding first is common; that work has its own page when removal is the job.

Who it is for

Warehouse and plant operators who want the slab itself to be the floor. Retail and restaurant owners who want a surface that reads as finished. Homeowners with a garage or basement slab worth showing. Facility managers tired of coatings that fail in the traffic lanes.
