Overview

Consulting at MTCPros is a working visit, not a sales call. Someone who can read a plant, a commercial suite, or a house walks the site and says what the work actually is: what to design, what to scan, what to estimate, and what not to do yet. The published fee is $350 per site visit, paid when you book — the date is not confirmed until payment clears. Travel is quoted separately — we do not invent a mileage formula on this page. Southwestern Ontario is the home territory; we also travel for visits across the rest of Canada and the United States. Site scanning is a different published rate ($1,500 minimum). If the visit turns into design, scanning, or construction, that work is estimated on its own. The visit fee is not a deposit against a future contract unless we say so in writing.

Who it is for

Owners and facility managers who need a professional reading of a site before they commit a renovation, a shutdown, or a custom build — in Southwestern Ontario, elsewhere in Canada, or in the United States. GCs and tenant reps who want a second set of contractor eyes. Homeowners with a complicated brief who would rather pay for time on site than collect five quotes that do not talk to each other. Anyone who already has drawings and wants them reviewed against the building that is actually there.
