Overview
Sealer is maintenance, not magic. It slows chloride ingress, oil staining, and surface dusting. It does not fix a structural crack or a slab that is already scaling. We specify penetrating or film-forming products by exposure — Ontario winters, forklift traffic, food-safe interiors — and tell you when to recoat. If the concrete needs repair first, we say so before anyone opens a drum.
